MINUTES OF THE FRISKNEY PARISH COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
HELD ONLINE VIA ZOOM

         None recorded.

87.    THE MINUTES OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
         The minutes from the February meeting were reviewed having been approved at the March Parish Council Meeting.

88.    ANNUAL GOVERNANCE STATEMENT 2019/20
         The Annual Governance Statement was presented by the Clerk for review by the Parish Council.  This was unanimously approved by the Parish Council having been proposed by Cllr Smith and seconded by Cllr
         Reeves.

89.    ACCOUNTING STATEMENTS 2019/20
         The Account Statements were presented by the Clerk for review by the Parish Council.  This was unanimously approved by the Parish Council having been proposed by Cllr Smith and seconded by Cllr Holt.

90.    FINANCE (APPENDIX 3)
         All June payments were approved for payment, proposed by Cllr Smith and seconded by Cllr Wickham.

91.    DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
         The next Parish Council Finance Committee meeting will be on Wednesday 19th November 2020 at 6:30pm in the Village Hall.  There being no further business, the meeting closed at 7:20pm.
