PCM25099 - P3 FOOTPATHS
Mill Lane/Eaudykes (P322 Northern) – Footpath is good to walk on and crops have been harvested.
Eaudykes/Lenton’s Lane (P322 Southern) – Grass is getting long, elder growing through rotten boards on bridge.
A52/Sea Lane (P335) – Nothing new to report.
Sickling Lane/3 Way Post (P336) – Grass and weeds have made it difficult to walk the path.
Chapel Lane/Eaudykes (P337) – Footpath is clear and easily walked.
Church/Field Lane (P338) – Nothing new to report.
Beacon/Church (P339) – Ground is good to walk on.
PCM25100 – DISTRICT COUNCILLOR’S REPORT
Campus for Future Living in Mablethorpe was officially launched to the public on 12th June.
First Coastal Primary Care Network’s Wellbeing Team will be at Skegness Storehouse 25th June 10am-12pm, Alford Methodist Church 1st July 10am-12pm and Stickney Village Hall 7th July 10am-12pm.
The popular Vintage on Sea event returns to Sutton on Sea on 28th June. The free event promises a day of nostalgic fun, attractions, workshops and performances throughout the village centre 10am-4pm.
Community groups in ELDC are invited to attend an informal drop-in session to discover what funding opportunities are available. The event will be at The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle on 9th July 6pm-7.30pm. For more information contact nichola.holderness@boston.gov.uk

PCM25101 – COUNTY COUNCILLOR’S REPORT
Cnty Cllr Hume has been on a steep learning curve and with the bulk of the induction process completed, is eager to be more involved and present in our local communities.
Cnty Cllr Hume is already aware of the outstanding items within Friskney which include Church Lane weight limit and P338 surface damage.

PCM25102 – CHAIR’S REMARKS
The Farrow memorial that was recently moved for safety reasons, has been reinstated (not by the Parish Council).
Speed indicators are in situ and working.
Cllr Smith has cut the grass in the Cemetery extension but noted the new hedge/trees have been planted too close to the fence. It was noted that any future works carried out on a voluntary basis by Parish Councillors should be formalised in more detail so those people are not individually held accountable.
Urgent groundworks around some of the gym equipment has been approved at a cost of £350.
PCM25103 - PREVIOUS MINUTES
The minutes from the May Annual Parish Council Meeting were presented for approval. These were resolved to be a true and accurate record having been proposed by Cllr Wickham and seconded by Cllr Reeves. The minutes from the May Parish Council Meeting were presented for approval but Cllr Twigg requested two small changes PCM25088 to show Cllr Patrick against the cable ties action and adding this will be done once the swings have been painted.
PCM25104 - ACTION LOG
The Clerk gave an update on the new, current and completed actions which are minuted below or within their respective topics.
PCM25105 - PLANNING (Appendix 2)
Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind Farm – Decision pending.
Ossian Offshore Wind Farm – Public consultation.
Fen View, Low Road – Decision pending.
Fairfield, Small End – Permission granted.
Askern House, Dickon Hill Road (Enforcement) – Siting static caravans without planning permission.
PCM25106 - FINANCE (Appendix 3)
All June payments were resolved for payment having been proposed by Cllr Reeves and seconded by Cllr Holt.
PCM25107 - VILLAGE HALL
Minster Servicing are unable to carry out the tarmac repairs/stump removal in the car park free of charge as it is a larger job than originally thought. Quotes were discussed and it was resolved to accept the quote from TerraFirma (which also includes the play area tree work) having been proposed by Cllr Reeves and seconded by Cllr Wickham.
PCM25108 - PLAY AREA
Quotes were discussed for the play area tarmac repairs and it was resolved to accept the quote from Minster Servicing having been proposed by Cllr Wickham and seconded by Cllr Patrick.
It was noted that a gentleman had an accident whilst skateboarding and it is believed he may have broken his ankle. Other people at the scene advised a Parish Councillor who attended site that it was the gentleman’s fault and no blame would sit with the Parish Council.
PCM25109 - CEMETERY/CHURCHYARD
Cllr Hill is still waiting for the Diocese to send a Certificate of Consecration.
Cllr Twigg advised that tarmac repairs had been done to the pavement near the Churchyard gate.
The Clerk advised that reservations were now being taken for Section 5 ashes plots and it was agreed to start getting quotes for further sections. Action – Clerk to check records for original contractor.

PCM25112 - HIGHWAYS ISSUES, REPAIRS & DEFECTS
Hedges on the junction of Fodder Dike and Dickon Hill Road obscure your vision. Action – Clerk to report online.
PCM25113 - URGENT MATTERS
None received.
PCM25114 - DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
The next Parish Council meeting will be on Wednesday 16th July 2025. There being no other business the Parish Council meeting closed at 8:30pm.
