1. A block of permanent pasture as sown on the attached plan. Let on an 'as seen' basis.
2. Tenant to be responsible for erecting and maintaining own fencing in a stock proof condition.
Tenant to be responsible for trimming hedges and overhanging trrees, in season, as required
and to control weeds on the premises in accordance with the rules of good husbandry.
3. Available to let from 6th April 2024 for a term of two years.
4. Rent to be paid annually each September.
