FCM26004 - DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
None received.

FCM26005 – ANNUAL GOVERNANCE STATEMENT 2025/26
Section 1 of the AGAR was resolved to be accurate having been proposed by Cllr Patrick and seconded by Cllr Shaw.  Cllr Hill signed the form.

FCM26006 – ACCOUNTING STATEMENTS 2025/26
Section 2 of the AGAR was resolved to be accurate having been proposed by Cllr Reeves and seconded by Cllr Patrick.  Cllr Hill signed the form.

FCM26007 - DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
The next Parish Council Finance Committee meeting will be on Wednesday 18th November 2026 at 6.30pm in the Village Hall.  There being no further business, the meeting closed at 7:14pm.
