MINUTES OF THE FRISKNEY ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
HELD ONLINE VIA ZOOM ON WEDNESDAY 13TH MAY 2020 AT 6.45PM

61. APOLOGIES
Cllr P Holland, Cllr R Scott, Cllr A Simpson, Cllr K Wickham and Cllr R Wood.
62. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Cllr Hill and Cllr Smith were the only candidates with both standing for their existing roles. Voting was done via email to keep it a private ballot. The Clerk confirmed only one Councillor hadn’t voted and all votes received
were unanimous in support of Cllr Hill continuing as Chairperson and Cllr Smith as Vice Chairperson.
63. SIGNING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE OF CHAIRPERSON
Cllr Hill and Cllr Smith both verbally accepted office and at the agreement of those in the meeting, they will sign the Declaration of Office in the presence of the Clerk within a few days of the meeting.
64. COMMITTEE REVIEW
Cllr Twigg asked to be added to the Play Area & Ponds Committee as she has volunteered to carry out the visual inspections once the Play Area is open again. All other councillors are happy with their respective committee
membership. Action – Clerk to amend for adoption at the next meeting.
