MINUTES OF THE FRISKNEY ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
HELD AT FRISKNEY VILLAGE HALL ON WEDNESDAY 18TH MAY 2022 AT 6.45PM

75.       APOLOGIES
Cllr D Reeves.

76.       ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Cllr Hill and Cllr Smith were the only candidates with both standing for their existing roles.  The Clerk confirmed all attendees had voted and all votes received were unanimous in support of Cllr Hill continuing as Chairperson and Cllr Smith as Vice Chairperson.

77.       SIGNING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE OF CHAIRPERSON
Cllr Hill and Cllr Smith both accepted office and signed the Declaration of Office as witnessed by the Clerk and Cllr Holland respectively.

78.       COMMITTEE REVIEW
There were no changes required to the Committee Structure following a brief review.

79.       There being no other business the meeting closed at 6.59pm.
