MINUTES OF THE FRISKNEY ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
HELD AT FRISKNEY VILLAGE HALL ON WEDNESDAY 17TH MAY 2023 AT 6.45PM

APCM23002 - APOLOGIES
Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr Reeves. Cllr Holt was absent with apologies noted after the meeting.
APCM23003 - ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Cllr Hill and Cllr Smith were the only candidates with both standing for their existing roles. The Clerk confirmed all attendees had voted and all votes received were unanimous in support of Cllr Hill continuing as Chair and Cllr Smith as Vice Chair.
(Cllr R Scott joined the meeting whilst votes were being counted and was therefore unable to vote)
APCM23004 - SIGNING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE
Cllr Hill and Cllr Smith both accepted office and signed the Declaration of Office.
APCM23005 - COMMITTEE REVIEW
Cllr Shaw joined the Finance and Planning Committees. There were no other changes required to the Committee Structure following a brief review. Action – Clerk to update and bring to the next meeting for adoption.
APCM23006 - There being no other business the meeting closed at 6.55pm.
