MINUTES OF THE FRISKNEY ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
HELD AT FRISKNEY VILLAGE HALL ON WEDNESDAY 15TH MAY 2024 AT 6.45PM

APCM24002 - ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Cllr Hill and Cllr Smith were the only candidates with both standing for their opposite roles.  The Clerk confirmed all attendees had voted and a majority vote of 10 to 1 was received in support of Cllr Smith being appointed as Chair and Cllr Hill as Vice Chair.

APCM24003 - SIGNING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE
Cllr Smith and Cllr Hill both accepted office and signed the Declaration of Office.

APCM24004 – APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
None received.

APCM24005 - COMMITTEE STRUCTURE & POLICY REVIEW
The only changes to the Committee Structure & Policy were the removal of Cllr Simpson following his recent resignation and the change in roles for Cllr Smith and Cllr Hill.  Action – Clerk to update and bring to the next Parish Council meeting for adoption.
