MINUTES OF THE FRISKNEY ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
HELD AT FRISKNEY VILLAGE HALL ON WEDNESDAY 21ST MAY 2025 AT 6.45PM

APCM24008 - ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Cllr Smith and Cllr Hill were the only candidates with both standing for their existing roles.  The Clerk confirmed all attendees had voted and a unanimous vote was received in support of Cllr Smith remaining as Chair and Cllr Hill remaining as Vice Chair.

APCM24009 - SIGNING ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICE
Cllr Smith and Cllr Hill both accepted office and signed the Declaration of Office.

APCM24010 – APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr Holt.

APCM24011 - COMMITTEE STRUCTURE & POLICY REVIEW
The only changs to the Committee Structure & Policy was the addition of Cllr Downing to all Committees.  Action – Clerk to update and bring to the next Parish Council meeting for adoption.

APCM24006 - There being no other business the meeting closed at 6.45pm.
