  4. Previous Minutes - To resolve to accept the minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting as a true and accurate record
  5. Financial Report (Friskney Parish Council) – To receive a summary of the previous financial year
  6. Financial Report (Friskney United Charities) – A copy will be posted on the Village Hall notice board
  7. District Councillor’s Report – To receive a report from the District Councillor
  8. County Councillor’s Report – To receive a report from the County Councillor
  9. Open Floor – Questions are invited from members of the public
